Beth Lorsbach is Group Executive, Portfolio Solutions and Chief Technology Officer at Nufarm, a role she's held since January 2026. Nufarm delivers solutions in crop protection, precision agriculture, omega 3 and biofuels, helping to meet the global challenges of sustainable food, feed, fibre and fuel production and supporting farmer incomes around the world. At Nufarm, she defines and owns the crop protection portfolio strategy, setting investment priorities and funding models. She is responsible for new innovations, technologies, and implementation of strategies from discovery to development, delivering sustainable agricultural actives across small molecules. This role builds on her history of excellence in crop protection chemistries demonstrated during her years at Corteva, DowDuPont and Dow AgroSciences. 

Beth is a Fellow of the American Chemical Society and dedicated volunteer. 

She holds a B.A and M.A. in Chemistry from Boston University, a Ph.D. in Organic Chemistry from The University of California-Davis where she worked with Mark Kurth..
